In the West Virginia Democratic primary, Obama lost 40% of the vote to Keith Judd—an inmate at the Beaumont Federal Correctional Facility in Texas.

(And no, Republicans are not allowed to vote in the WV Democratic primary—the Democrats and Independents just wanted Judd.)

Someone reeeeeally doesn’t like Obama.

KRISTEN: I hadn't even thought of that. But you're right -- no more Coast Guard! Give me another. This is fun.
